Those who are seeking individuals with degrees in Marketing/Office Administration, I would advise to go elsewhere as I am self taught. I offer a myriad of services by way of virtual assistant, which entails tasks, such as simple and basic data entry work, responding/updating social media to increase standing and traffic that a company would like on a temporary basis; similar to a virtual secretary.

 

Virtual Administive Assistant

• Data entry: digitizing bank statements into spreadsheets, (no calculations or accounting skills)
• Booking appointments such as business lunches at a preferred eatery, flight plans, hotels etc. The client provides a basic itinerary and I take care of the logistics and submit everything online via email.
• Managing Social Media: Clients who don’t have the time to update their presence, or respond to users can assign me this task and I can filter out potential sales leads from those seeking information. I can offer ideas on what type of content text will work, but I need to be familiar with their line of business.
• Reception work involving answering phones and answering emails
• I use Google Workspace software: (I can use other software if required)
• Google Meet for video conferencing / meeting
• Google Chat for quick text and file sharing

 

Marketing

I am self taught in this field and my experience mainly stems from my postings online and the responses I receive from users. I learned the MAIN platforms that in my opinion generate the most traffic from all demographics and geographic locations. These include: Tiktok, Instagram, and more. I also research for new platforms opening up to see if I can benefit from them.

The main aspects of this section includes the below:

• Clients who have banners can promote them on my Whooty.online site as I have high quality traffic
• Clients can ask me to promote their product/service on social media platforms and I can recommend to them which suits them the best and what type of text and content they should publish to attract users.

 

Modeling and Entertainment

Clients who require a model to promote a product or service can contact me with a detailed idea of what they wish to promote, their line of business etc. I can work with all types of genres and have my own photographer as well. I can submit material such as photos and video media via online.
The main requirement for me is to be very familiar with the clients line of business, what they actually are seeking, and that they understand I am a virtual not in person where I will go to a location and work. Details must be provided and I will respond accordingly.

 

Traveling, Escort-Guide and Leisure

Minimum required established business relationship of 1 year.
Traveling for business worldwide. I also provide escort-guide and leisure activities in my hometown Winnipeg only! (such as booking hotels, car rental, eateries, shopping and companion services). All expenses prepaid in advance!
